MANI MAHESH KAILASH ITINERARY

Introduction

Mani Mahesh Kailash is one of the five Kailash, the abode of Lord Shiva. Mani Mahesh Kailash is located in the Bharmour sub-division of Chamba district in the state of Himachal Pradesh, India. Here on Mani Mahesh Kailash in the morning at the time of sunrise, when the sun rays fall on the peak of Kailash A gem is visible. That’s why it is called Mani Mahesh KailashDue to being in Chamba district, this Kailash is also called Chamba Kailash. A grand fair is also organized here every year on the day of Raksha Bandhan.

The height of Mani Mahesh Kailash is 5,653 meters above sea level and the height of Mani Mahesh Lake is 4,080 meters. Mani Mahesh Lake is a lake of sweet and pure water in the high Himalayas.

Day :1

You will reach Bharmour by evening on the first day. Here you will visit Bharmani Mata Temple. Night stay will be at Bharmour Hotel

Day :2

This morning after breakfast from Bharmour we will drive 12 km to Hadsar base camp. From here we will trek 6 km to reach Dhancho. Our overnight stay will be at Dhancho Camp

Day: 3

After breakfast in the morning, we will trek to Mani Mahesh Lake (Shivkund.. The distance of today’s trek will be 7km. Tonight’s night will be at Mani Mahesh Lake

Day: 4

Today we will wake up before sunrise at Mani Mahesh Lake. At sunrise we will visit the holy gem. After breakfast, we will trek down to Hadsar for 13 km. Drive 12 km from Hadsar and reach Bharmour in the evening. Overnight will be at Bharmour Hotel.

Day: 5

Today we will have breakfast and leave for our destination.With this our Mani Mahesh Kailash Yatra will end auspiciously.
